Our Refund Policy Agreement

At Yokefellow Athletics, we offer a range of training sessions with varying costs. Despite the differences in pricing, our refund policy remains consistent throughout all sessions to ensure fairness and transparency. Once a training session is confirmed, our team invests time and resources into preparing the program, making plans, and confirming coaches and assistants. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require an athlete to cancel a session, and we have established a refund policy to accommodate such situations.

Refund Eligibility

A total refund is eligible if the athlete cancels within 72 hours of the scheduled session. Additionally, a 50% refund is eligible if the athlete cancels at least 24 hours before the session starts. However, there is no refund eligible if the cancellation request is made prior to or after the 24-hour mark before the session starts. This policy applies universally across all our training sessions, regardless of their cost.

Refund Request Process

To be eligible for a refund, athletes must submit their request in writing. This ensures that we have a clear record of the request and can process it efficiently. Once we receive the written request, we will review it and process the refund according to our policy.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the written request. We strive to provide a seamless experience for our athletes, and our refund process is designed to be efficient and fair. By participating in our training sessions, athletes acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy agreement.
